Online LGBTQ+ couples therapy across Toronto & Ontario for conflict, attachment injuries, intimacy, and repair.

Something in your relationship or within yourself keeps repeating, and you are ready to understand it differently.
You do not need to have everything figured out before reaching out. Therapy can help you slow the pattern down and find a clearer way forward.

For couples caught in recurring conflict, emotional distance, broken trust or intimacy concerns. Together, we identify the pattern beneath the struggle and develop safer ways to communicate, repair and reconnect.

For LGBTQ+ adults navigating anxiety, trauma, attachment patterns, identity, grief or self-worth. Therapy offers a supportive space to understand what shaped your responses and move forward with greater clarity and self-trust.

A focused four-hour experience for couples who want dedicated time to understand a persistent relationship pattern, address attachment injuries and develop meaningful next steps without the constraints of a standard session.
